Forgot Password
The Forgot Password page allows you to submit a request for a new SnapPay password. Shortly after your password request is received, you will receive email notification containing a temporary, system-generated password and instructions on how to proceed.
To request a new password

for example,
http://abcmedicalgroup:7001/en-US/Account/Login
The Sign In page opens.

Click Forgot Password?. The Forgot Password page opens.

In the User ID box, enter your SnapPay user ID, and in the Email Address box, enter your email address.

Click Submit Request.
After a few minutes, check your email account for a notification containing a system-generated password and instructions on how to proceed. If you cannot locate the email, check your Junk, Spam, and Trash folders, if necessary.
