Forgot Password

The Forgot Password page allows you to submit a request for a new SnapPay password. Shortly after your password request is received, you will receive email notification containing a temporary, system-generated password and instructions on how to proceed.

To request a new password

1	Open a web browser, and browse to the location of the SnapPay Sign In page. The Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the Sign In page is in the form:

http://servername:portnumber/en-US/Account/Login

for example,

http://abcmedicalgroup:7001/en-US/Account/Login

The Sign In page opens.

2	Click Forgot Password?. The Forgot Password page opens.

3	In the User ID box, enter your SnapPay user ID, and in the Email Address box, enter your email address.

4	Click Submit Request.

After a few minutes, check your email account for a notification containing a system-generated password and instructions on how to proceed. If you cannot locate the email, check your Junk, Spam, and Trash folders, if necessary.
